The SHUTTLE program is an opportunity for young professionals who have recently graduated to join our work teams.
Participants will gain professional experience and knowledge by working in different departments and projects in an intensive one-year training program. The program begins by occupying the position of Junior Production Engineer in one of our ongoing projects and is complemented with temporary experiences in corporate departments.
Once the program is completed, there are real opportunities for professional development within the organization, depending on the candidate's profile and their evolution within the company.
